Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the project.
7. Revisions & Changes
Revisions are limited to the number specified in the proposal. Additional changes may incur extra charges.
8. Limitation of Liability
Unfold is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. The client will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.
